I will begin by saying that there are no fish involved in the making of these tissues. At all. (Just thinking about fishy tissues makes me crinkle my nose is disgust. Ewwww.)
"So, why are you calling them Fish Tissues?" you may ask...well, the blame for that falls entirely on Beeba. Let's start at the beginning though, shall we.
I'm the kind of person that despises the summer and loves the winter. Not because of the holidays, but because of the fact that I absolutely despise the heat. (My grandfather jokes that my cooling system is out of whack) With the winter, though, comes getting sick. Asthma + Bad Lungs= chronic asthmatic bronchitis. It's happened every year since I was in the second grade without fail. The asthmatic bronchitis wears down my immune system, and by the time it's gone I have some other illness that has me feeling out of whack for a few weeks.
When I'm sick I go through three things like they're going out of style: Chicken soup, Lemon juice, and tissues. Lots of soup and tissues are involved, though I feel that applies to pretty much everyone. The lemon juice actually goes into my soup, or I take shots of it mixed with honey for my throat. (I tried convincing Scott to do this as well last time he got sick, but he's anti-lemon so it didn't work very well)
This year, however, I decided to get a little creative with the tissues. I was browsing through pinterest and saw a lot of posts about 'aromatherapy tissues', which piqued my interest. They're incredibly easy to make, and smell amazing!
